Coral Cottage (The Coral Cottage at Summer Beach #1) Review

My Review

This was such a fun Summer beach read and the funny thing is I was at the beach reading it this past week as well. What I loved about this book is it's real honestly, the characters could be your neighbors or even yourself.

I could definitely see these situations happening in real life and the character interaction was so charming. I'd really love to go visit Summer Beach in Ginger's beach house

and stay for awhile.

The main character has an unfortunate event happen to

her and she's publicly humiliated. The book has such a positive vibe to it though. We as women take care of others needs all the time and put ourselves last, thinking oh someday we'll get to what makes us happy.

Bad luck turns into a positive thing as our main character has a career change she had been thinking of but had put off with the busyness of life. I love seeing strong, positive women.

Very uplifting, positive and charming. A fun and entertaining book. Can't wait to read the next in the series! Published July 28th 2020 by Sunny Palms Press I was given a complimentary copy. Thank you. All opinions expressed are my own

GoodReads Summary

When news anchor Marina Moore’s well-structured life blows up on national television, she seeks refuge at the family beach house. Built on the shores of Summer Beach, the Coral Cottage was a wedding gift to her grandmother. Single by choice at forty, Marina is intrigued by her grandmother's gutsy advice to life. Soon Marina’s younger sisters arrive with challenges of their own, and they discover a secret that’s bound to change their family forever.

As Seabreeze Inn visitor Kyle Ventana is preparing to leave Summer Beach, his beloved Labrador retriever goes missing, and he

won’t leave until he finds her.

What began as a short, reclusive holiday will change the course of Marina’s life, especially when a disheveled dog appears shivering on her doorstep. And its owner's connection to the Coral Cottage is an ill-timed revelation.

From the author of the bestselling Seabreeze Inn at Summer Beach series, The Coral Cottage is a new chapter on the sunny coastline.
