I have read many self help books over the years from a lot of different people and what I liked about this one is it's ability to motivate me to make a list of changes I want to make in my life and I am able to follow through with them.
This book is sports minded which I liked because I am on a lifestyle changing journey of healthy eating and exercising and feeling so much better. Very helpful in motivating me.
